I travel across the pond a lot and I know the in-flight experience is where airlines can win or lose on their customer experince.
The Airline Passenger Experience Association’s (APEX) announced their annual Passenger Choice Awards and awarded both Virgin America and V Australia for providing the “Best Overall Passenger Experience”, in the large and small airline categories respectively. I know that Virgin America can sometimes be that little bit more pricy than competitors but are customers willing to pay this premium for a better customer experience?
