Starbucks continues to lead in the Social Media space……

Starbucks continues to excel at providing a great brand experience online with a report that it is the most popular brand in the U.S. within social media sites.

Although it may not have the most popular Twitter account, Starbucks dominates Facebook with nearly 8.5 million fans. This offers Starbucks a great CRM channel and an opportunity to communicate to their fans and customers in a channel that they regularly engage with. Keeping top of mind, providing customers with offers and ultimately a cross-channel customer experience is something that Starbucks has led the field in recent years.
