Vladimir Dimitroff is a recognized international expert in business and technology strategies, particularly in customer-centric disciplines like CRM, Customer Intelligence, Segmentation and Loyalty. With extensive hands-on experience in senior management and consulting roles, he has helped a number of blue-chip companies from diverse sectors to succeed in competitive markets on three continents.

Following a successful career in corporate executive roles, he founded Data-Masters in a joint venture with PRISM Consulting, whereby the two companies pioneered emerging CRM concepts in the 90-s, developing strategies and loyalty programs for a major bank, a national airline, a newly-privatised national telco, retailers and hotels. He was later invited to join Customer Strategy thought-leaders Peppers and Rogers in their European office. There Vladimir took part and led major projects with clients like British Telecom, insurance giant Winterthur and sea transport company P&O Ferries. He later joined Round (UK) Ltd, a consulting and technology firm specializing in strategic assessments and planning, winners of ‘Innovator of the Year’ award for CRM in 2003. With Round he took part in multiple projects in the mobile telecoms sector, particularly the pan-European operations of T-Mobile, and also led the engagement with Turkcell, where the program he designed and delivered won the ‘CRM Oscar’ and the Gartner CRM Excellence Award. Vladimir later re-joined PRISM Consulting as UK director, helping establish the PRISM leadership in Stakeholder Relationship Management. Within PRISM he co-developed new methodologies and tools and helped companies in Europe and the Middle East with large transformational programs, enabling them to compete successfully using customer-centric capabilities, social business and innovation. Since 2013 Vladimir is also Principal Consultant with Beyond Philosophy, a Customer Experience world-leading firm with unique methodologies for addressing emotional aspects of the experience and deeper behavior drivers.

Vladimir has a technology Masters degree from the University of Sofia and a post-graduate degree in Marketing and New Product Development from Oxford International Business School (UK). He is a member of the Institute of Commercial Management (UK) and founding member of the European Center for Customer Strategies (ECCS), the CRM Institute of Turkey and the CRM Association of Russia. Vladimir has taught as visiting lecturer at universities and a variety of corporate courses. He has written numerous articles published online and in specialist print publications like Management Information Systems, CRM Magazine, Telecoms International, and is a frequent keynote speaker at business conferences around Europe.

Outside work Vladimir has a passion for music and photography, as well as travel (which helps him cope with the tough demands of international consulting life).
